    My family and my baby make me extremely happy! My son is 3 .5 years old. I love seeing his smile even when I come home tired; it’s the first thing I look for! I work harder so I can provide him a great life and future.

    How long have you been in the car business?
    My mother inspired me to join the car business. She has been working on the financing side with many different banks for a long time. Her drive and passion for what she does inspired me to join the car business little over 2 years ago.
    What make a car buying experience with you exceptional? My clients love my energy and passion for what I do. I have never forgotten what its like to be customer and treat every single guest, exactly the same way I would want to be treated.
    What makes you Happy? I am always happy! But honestly, I would say my job! There is nothing better than going to work and doing what you love to do. To me, it really just does not feel like work, it is fun!

    My car business experience began with DGDG, and I’m glad to have avoided many of the pitfalls that occur at other dealerships. Having worked in sales and marketing for most of my career, it is a natural transition for me to work with customers and guide them through the car buying process.

    Customers deserve service with a smile, detailed knowledge that will answer all of your questions, getting a good deal, and maintaining a good customer-dealer relationship after your purchase. My attention to detail, customer follow-up, and kind nature make your buying experience unforgettable. Coming onto the team at the onset of the VW Diesel Emissions settlement gave me a unique opportunity to be the ambassador for the TDI Program since August 2016; this has helped me increase the knowledge that I can provide to customers regarding Volkswagen cars and other cars they are interested in.

    I look forward to visiting with family and friends, traveling, hiking, going to the beach, and any time I can get with my baby niece Fawn.

    I decided to join the car business a few months ago because of the opportunities for personal and professional growth it can offer. Women are still vastly outnumbered in this business, but we tend to be highly successful in it.

    I get to know my guests, and provide services during and after the sale. I make myself available at any time to answer questions for them, schedule their service appointments and even help them update their mailing address with the post office in one instance.
    What makes you Happy?
    Most definitely that would be my family. My mom and both of my brothers live here in San Jose, and I have a niece and nephew who I love more than anything. I spent 6 years in Texas away from my family so I’m super happy to be back in the Bay Area and near them again.

    I think what makes servicing with me exceptional is that I do empathize with my customers and always put the customers needs on high importance. I understand having kids and having to do drop offs so having your car done in a timely manner is a great help.

    How long have you been in the car business?
    I have been in the car industry for 10+ years. Started at my family’s auto repair shop, then moved to a parts store followed by some cashier experience with Volkswagen. I later moved to Ford as a full time service advisor. Currently I am at Capitol Chevrolet doing both maintenance and repairs.
    What makes a servicing experience with you exceptional?
    Making people happy that their vehicle gets fixed or just getting maintenance makes me happy. I love what I do. I listen to their concerns, help them with the process and make sure I help them understand what was done to their vehicle. It can be very intimidating to come to the service department and not know all the technical terms, so for me communication is key.
    What makes you happy?
    In general, I love to spend time with my husband. We go out out to smalls towns, work on cars, I also enjoy movie nights and working out.
